The perfect cake topper for any celebration from birthdays to baby showers!
Start by inflating all the balloons. For the confetti balloons, once they are inflated, rub them to create static and the confetti will stick stick to the sides. Pull the ends of each balloon through the holes in the card strip until all 11 balloons are on. Then attack the wooden skewers by removing the double-sided tape backer from the ends of the card strip, lay the flat end of the skewer on top, then fold the two flaps over the skewer one at a time and press firmly. Now your topper is ready!
Balloon pump recommended but not included.
Each pack contains one card strip, 11 mini balloons (including 3 clear balloons pre-filled with bright confetti) and two wooden sticks. Balloons are sent packaged, not inflatted.
